Dirt Night – Midgets – Race 2 – June 11, 2018 – Limaland Motorsports Park
After a week off, Dirt Night returned on Monday with the Midgets running their second race of the season with a 50-lap A-Main at Limaland.
Race Summary – After an early slip up from pole-sitter Matt Rolfe, Keith Jeffery took over the top spot on lap two. Jeffery enjoyed a comfortable lead out front for most of the night as he was able to jump ahead on the restarts, leaving everyone else to battle behind him. One last restart would set up a three lap finish, but no one had anything for Jeffery as he would pick up the checkered flag for his 2nd career SARA victory.
Race Winner – Keith Jeffery – Started 3rd, 49 laps led
Top Five – 2nd Derek Robinson, 3rd Clay Snider, 4th Dave Bodio, 5th David Krikorian
Hard Charger – Clay Snider (+9 Positions, 12th to 3rd)

Points Battle – As the series leaves Limaland, there’s a tie at the top of the overall combined points standings, with Clay Snider and David Krikorian both sitting at 385 points each.
Up Next – Next week the UMP Modifieds will take back over Dirt Night for 75 laps at the Dirt Track at Charlotte.
