Aggressive Driving
Driver was found to make aggressive contact on lap 47 by pinching the 09 car down in the corner, making contact that caused the 09 to get loose. Once a pass is initiated and both cars are running side-by-side, both drivers should allow enough room for them to race next to each other without making contact, pinching, or running the other cars out of their groove. Please refer to section 3.5 of the Rulebook regarding Passing Etiquette.

Retaliation
Driver was found to pull up next to, and ride close to the bumper, of the 1 car during the lap 56 caution to show their displeasure after the two had previous contact. There was no contact made during the caution, however as a reminder any kind of retaliation or intentional wrecking will not be tolerated. Driving up next to others during cautions or after the race, and swerving, revving the engine, etc. will be considered retaliation and may be subject to penalty. Please refer to section 3.7 of the Rulebook.

The probation will be in effect for the 2023 Fall Season and the first season of 2024.
Intentional Wrecking / Retaliation
Driver was found to brake check the 01 car during the lap 54 caution after the two had previous contact. Any kind of intentional wrecking or retaliation will not be tolerated. Please refer to section 3.7 of the Rulebook regarding Retaliation/Intentional Wrecking.

P1 Penalty - EOL in Results (Race 2)
Repeat Cause of Cautions / Unclaimed Cautions
Driver was found to be at fault for two unclaimed cautions, including the lap 11 caution by driving deep into the corner into another car and then locking up the brakes and spinning, as well as the lap 34 caution by getting loose down into the 65 car on exit causing them to spin. Driver also claimed a third caution on lap 49. Drivers are strongly encouraged to claim fault for causing a caution during the race if they were the cause. Drivers that cause multiple cautions in a race, even if claimed, may be subject to further penalties. Please refer to section 3.6 of the Rulebook regarding Cautions.

Car Control Violation
Driver was found to make contact with another car while attempting to turn their car around after being involved in the lap 41 caution. If a driver spins or crashes, it is their responsibility to return onto the track in the correct direction in a safe manner, without putting other cars in danger of receiving damage. Drivers who turn their cars around on track and make contact with either oncoming cars, other cars involved in the wreck, or cars that stopped to avoid the wreck, may be subject to penalty. Please refer to section 3.4 of the Rulebook regarding Car Control.

Due to the multiple violations listed below, this has been elevated up to a P1 Penalty.
Unclaimed Caution (Race 2)
Driver was found to be at fault for the lap 41 caution in Race 2 by pinching the 10 car down in the corner resulting in hooking the 10 car up into the outside wall. Once a pass is initiated and both cars are running side-by-side, both drivers should allow enough room for them to race next to each other without making contact, pinching, or running the other cars out of their groove. Drivers are strongly encouraged to claim fault for causing a caution during the race if they were the cause. Please refer to section 3.6 of the Rulebook regarding Cautions.
ARCA Braking (Race 1)
Driver failed to use their brakes, braked late, or attempted to navigate through a wreck and made contact with other cars during the final lap of the race. Drivers should make every attempt possible to slow down and avoid the wreck at all costs, and should not try to navigate through the crash until cars have stopped wrecking and the track is clear and safe to continue. Race 2
P1 Penalty - EOL in Results (Race 2)
Due to the multiple violations listed below, this has been elevated up to a P1 Penalty.
Aggressive Driving
Driver was found to make aggressive contact on lap 2 by pinching the 009 car down in the corner, making contact that caused the 009 to get loose and lose positions. Driver failed to use their brakes, braked late, or attempted to navigate through a wreck and made contact with other cars during the final lap of the race. Restart Violation
Driver was found to change from the top to the bottom lane at the start/finish line on the lap 43 restart. P2 Penalty - EOL in Results (Both races)
Due to the multiple violations listed below, this has been elevated up to a P2 Penalty.
Unclaimed Caution (Race 1)
Driver was found to be at fault for the lap 36 caution in Race 1 by cutting down on corner entry across the nose of the 8 car causing a spin. When a pass is being attempted from behind, drivers are not to block, chop, or aggressively alter their race line in attempt to prevent a passing car from getting by. Drivers are strongly encouraged to claim fault for causing a caution during the race if they were the cause. Please refer to section 3.6 of the Rulebook regarding Cautions.
Contact Under Caution (Race 1)
Driver was found to accelerate early and ran into a car in front of them while approaching the choose rule on the lap 37 restart in Race 1, causing the other car to spin. Drivers are expected to avoid any contact under cautions. Running into other cars during cautions and causing damage, whether intentional or not, may be subject to penalty. Any contact caused while failing to follow the choose rule procedures may be subject to penalty. Please refer to section 3.4 of the Rulebook regarding Car Control.
Aggressive Driving (Both Races)
Driver was found to make aggressive contact with multiple cars in both races, including pushing up into the 84 on exit causing them to spin on lap 44 of Race 1, cutting down on entry into the 84 car on lap 1 of Race 2, and cutting down into the 17 car on laps 14 and 31 of Race 2. Please refer to section 3.5 of the Rulebook regarding Passing Etiquette.

Driver was found to have multiple choose rule violations, including by not making it clear which lane they chose on the lap 38 restart in Race 1, and making contact with the car in front of them by accelerating early before the start/finish line causing the other car to spin on the lap 37 restart.

Unclaimed Caution
Driver was found to be at fault for the lap 36 caution in Race 1 by pinching in the corner and getting into the RR of the 51 car hooking them up into another car causing a spin. Once a pass is initiated and both cars are running side-by-side, both drivers should allow enough room for them to race next to each other without making contact, pinching, or running the other cars out of their groove. Drivers are strongly encouraged to claim fault for causing a caution during the race if they were the cause. Please refer to section 3.6 of the Rulebook regarding Cautions.

Due to the two violations listed below, this has been elevated up to a P1 Penalty.
Aggressive Driving
Driver was found to make aggressive contact on lap 12 by going down onto the apron in attempt to pass and pushed up into the door of the 64 car causing them to half spin. When facilitating a pass, it is the responsibility of the car attempting to pass to facilitate a safe and clean overtake. Please refer to section 3.5 of the Rulebook regarding Passing Etiquette.
Car Control Violation
Driver was found to make contact with another car while attempting to turn their car around after being involved in the lap 46 caution. If a driver spins or crashes, it is their responsibility to return onto the track in the correct direction in a safe manner, without putting other cars in danger of receiving damage. Drivers who turn their cars around on track and make contact with either oncoming cars, other cars involved in the wreck, or cars that stopped to avoid the wreck, may be subject to penalty.
