Snider Ends Long, Long Winless Streak At Eldora

Dirt Night – Midgets – Race 1 – May 21, 2018 – Eldora Speedway

For the second week of Dirt Night, the Midgets took over for their first event of the season with a 35-lap A-Main at the Eldora Speedway.

Race Summary – Jarrid Boiros led the field to the green and held a solid lead throughout the first half of the race. But as the laps went on, Clay Snider began chasing him down on the outside groove while Boiros committed to the inside. On lap 29 Snider nosed ahead just prior to Boiros making a mistake that would end his night. Snider held on after the final restart to pick up his 8th career SARA win, snapping a winless streak of 398 races dating back to February of 2014.
