Event	Driver	Penalties
Week 11 - SLM - Langley	Tom Wetmore	EOL in Results + Suspension + Probation for 2016 Summer Season Contact Under Caution - Driver was found to make contact with the 86 car by getting into the back of him under caution. Please refer to section 4.6.3 of the rulebook regarding Intentional Wrecking/Contact Cause of Caution/Aggressive Driving - Driver was found to be at fault for the lap 99 caution, by forcing the 21 up into the outside wall on corner exit, which created a stack up behind them for the caution. Driver was also found to make an aggressive move under the 67 car to make it three wide on lap 113 to cause an additional caution. Please refer to section 4.7.2 of the Rulebook regarding Passing Etiquette. Tire Limit Violation - Driver was found to take two extra tires on lap 81, as well as lap 110, and returned to the track, in an event that was marked as a no tire race. Please refer to section 4.11 of the rulebook regarding Tire Limits. Retaliation - Driver was found to brake check the 67 car on lap 114, after the two cars had made previous contact twice before, including the caution that happened prior to the brake check. Please refer to section 4.6.3 of the rulebook regarding Retaliation.
Week 11 - SLM - Langley	Kevin J Myers	EOL in Results + Suspension + Probation for 2016 Summer Season Cause of Caution - Driver was found to be at fault for the lap 91 caution, making contact with the 7 car and pushing the 7 car deep into the corner which caused contact with other cars and brought out the caution. Please refer to section 4.7.2 of the Rulebook regarding Passing Etiquette. Retaliation - Driver had made contact with the 71 car by getting into the back of the 71 on lap 106. After some additional contact between the two on lap 113, the driver proceeded to drive around the track, pull up next to the 71 and make contact and pushed the 71 up the track on lap 114. Driver was removed from the session immediately. Please refer to section 4.6.3 of the rulebook regarding Retaliation.
Week 11 - SLM - Langley	Austin Yarbrough	EOL in Results + Suspension + Probation for 2016 Summer Season Aggressive Driving - Driver was found to make aggressive moves throughout the race. On lap 30 the driver used his front bumper on the 28 car multiple times to make the pass. On lap 106 the driver used his front bumper on the 15 car to move him up on a restart to make the pass. On lap 132 the driver made it three wide on the apron, and made an aggressive move to go around another car and ended up collecting multiple cars into the lap 132 incident that was happening in front of them. On lap 150 the driver dive-bombed the 97 car and made contact to make the pass. Driver was also found to make contact with other cars while coming to the green flag on multiple restarts. Please refer to section 4.7.2 of the Rulebook regarding Passing Etiquette.
Week 11 - SLM - Langley	Tim Bills	Cause of Caution - EOL on Lead Lap Driver was found to be at fault for the lap 77 caution, by driving in deep to fill a hole under the 67 car but made contact causing the 67 car to spin. Please refer to section 4.7.2 of the Rulebook regarding Passing Etiquette. ARCA Braking - Warning Driver was found to not use any brakes or brake late in attempt to miss the Lap 126 incident, and made contact with another car causing additional damage. "Drivers should make every attempt possible to slow down and avoid the wreck at all costs, and should not try to navigate through the wreck until cars have stopped wrecking and the track is clear." Please refer to section 4.6.2 of the Rulebook regarding ARCA Braking.
Week 11 - SLM - Langley	Jim Caudill	Cause of Caution - EOL on Lead Lap Driver was found to be at fault for the lap 108 caution by getting into the back of the 21 car, as well as the lap 144 caution by getting into the back of the 91 car. Please refer to section 4.7.2 of the Rulebook regarding Passing Etiquette.
Week 11 - SLM - Langley	Hunter Combs	Cause of Caution - EOL on Lead Lap Driver was found to be at fault for the lap 84 caution by making contact and pushing the 84 car up into the wall, causing his own car to spin out. Please refer to section 4.7.2 of the Rulebook regarding Passing Etiquette.
Week 11 - SLM - Langley	Brian Tedeschi	Contact Under Caution - Warning Driver was found to make contact with the 5 car by getting into the back of him under caution. Please refer to section 4.6.3 of the rulebook regarding Intentional Wrecking/Contact
Week 11 - SLM - Langley	Brandon Short	Tire Limit Violation - EOL in Results Driver was found to take four extra tires on laps 24, 63, 86, 101, 110, and 119, and returned to the track, in an event that was marked as a no tire race. ARCA Braking - Warning Driver was found to not use any brakes or brake late in attempt to miss the Lap 2 incident as well as the lap 84 incident, and made contact with another car causing additional damage. "Drivers should make every attempt possible to slow down and avoid the wreck at all costs, and should not try to navigate through the wreck until cars have stopped wrecking and the track is clear." Please refer to section 4.6.2 of the Rulebook regarding ARCA Braking.
Week 11 - SLM - Langley	Brett Macklem	Tire Limit Violation - EOL in Results Driver was found to take two extra tires on lap 66, and returned to the track, in an event that was marked as a no tire race. Please refer to section 4.11 of the rulebook regarding Tire Limits.
Week 11 - PLM - Phoenix	---	No Penalties
Week 11 - SS - Martinsville	Stephen Shore	Retaliation - EOL in Results + Removed from league Driver was found to retaliate against the 37 car after the two made contact on lap 56. The following corner, the driver slammed into the back of the 37, and on the ensuing restart on lap 64, the driver retaliated once more by slamming into the 37 and moving him up the track on the restart. Please refer to section 4.6.3 of the rulebook regarding Retaliation. This driver was previously placed on probation for multiple other penalties in limited starts this season, and after this penalty, the probation has been elevated into a suspension penalty, and the driver has been removed from the league.
Week 11 - SS - Martinsville	David Rudolph	Cause of Caution - EOL on Lead Lap Driver was found to be at fault for the lap 66 caution, sliding up on corner exit into the 51 car and causing the caution. Please refer to section 4.6.1.2 of the rulebook regarding the Gentleman’s Rule

Week 10 - SLM - Martinsville	Dale Owen	Cause of Caution - EOL on Lead Lap Driver was found to be at fault for the lap 119 caution, making it three wide and getting into the back of the 38 car causing the caution.
Week 10 - SLM - Martinsville	Petie Madrid	ARCA Braking - Warning Driver was found to not use any brakes or brake late in attempt to miss the Lap 60 incident, and made contact with another car causing additional damage. "Drivers should make every attempt possible to slow down and avoid the wreck at all costs, and should not try to navigate through the wreck until cars have stopped wrecking and the track is clear." Please refer to section 4.6.2 of the Rulebook regarding ARCA Braking.

Week 10 - PLM - Concord	Anthony Celentano	Repeat Cause of Caution - EOL in Results Driver was found to be at fault for the lap 25 caution, lap 54 caution, and was involved in another incident on lap 66. Please refer to section 4.7.2 of the Rulebook regarding Passing Etiquette.

Week 9 - SLM - Oxford	Matt Rolfe	Aggressive Driving - Warning Driver was found to make aggressive contact to the back of the 9 car on laps 52 and 76. Please refer to section 4.7.2 of the Rulebook regarding Passing Etiquette.
Week 9 - PLM - Southern National	Derek Kraus	Lane Change Violation(s) + Aggressive Driving - EOL in Results + Suspension through remainder of season Driver was found to switch lanes on the lap 108 restart, passing a car on the bottom lane prior to reaching the start finish line. Driver also switched lanes on the lap 144 restart, passing lead lap cars on the bottom three wide while the driver was a lap down. Driver was also found to be aggressive when making a pass on the 84 car on lap 126. Driver was also found to be at fault for the lap 102 caution by spinning the 86 car (this caution was claimed). Please refer to section 4.5.2 of the rulebook regarding Start/Restart Etiquette, and also section 4.7.2 regarding Passing Etiquette. Driver was previously placed on probation from a penalty from Week 8 in the PLM race, and due to two additional penalties this week, the probation has been elevated into a suspension penalty for the remainder of the season.
Week 9 - PLM - Southern National	Chandler Smith	Aggressive Driving + Blocking + Car Control Issues - Removed from league + EOL in Results + No points Driver was found to make aggressive contact with the 4 car on laps 108 and 117. Driver was then found to swerve back and forth, block, and slow down in front of other cars while racing in effort to keep other cars behind him. Driver was booted from the session for these actions. Please refer to the entire rulebook. As a new driver, the driver was automatically placed on 3-week probation, and due to his actions in his first race, he has been removed from the league immediately.
Week 9 - SS - Richmond	Derek Kraus	Blocking - Warning Driver was found to make multiple blocks on cars attempting to pass, altering his race line down the straightaways between laps 47 and 58. Drivers are not to block or aggressively alter their race line to prevent the car from getting by. Please refer to section 5.7.2 of the rulebook regarding Passing Etiquette.
Week 9 - SS - Richmond	Hunter Combs	Blocking - Warning Driver was found to make multiple blocks on cars attempting to pass, altering his race line down the straightaways between laps 19 and 22. Drivers are not to block or aggressively alter their race line to prevent the car from getting by. Please refer to section 5.7.2 of the rulebook regarding Passing Etiquette.
Week 9 - SS - Richmond	Stephen Shore	Lane Change Violation - Warning Driver was found to change lanes on the lap 65 restart, moving from the top lane to the middle lane making it three wide prior to the start/finish line. Please refer to section 4.5.2 of the rulebook regarding Start/Restart Etiquette

Week 8 - PLM - Langley	Tom Wetmore	Restart Violation - EOL in Results Driver was found to lay back on multiple restarts in effort to let the 22 car down in front of him, including the lap 58, lap 73, lap 80, and lap 93 restarts. "No laying back for the starts (applies to ALL positions in the field), drivers are to keep up with the driver in front of them, and should be starting directly next to the car they are supposed to be starting next to." Please refer to section 4.5.2 of the rulebook regarding Start/Restart Etiquette. Aggressive Driving - 30 Points + 3 Week Probation Driver was found to make aggressive contact with the 91 on lap 98 after some previous contact happened in the corner before. Driver was also found to make door-to-door contact with the 9 car on the lap 109 restart coming to the green. "Drivers are also not to make retaliatory/intentional contact with others during caution flag periods." Please refer to section 4.6.3 of the rulebook regarding Intentional Wrecking (Intentional Contact). The 3 week probation penalty will be in effect through the Week 11 PLM race. Any further issues during this time may result in a larger penalty.
Week 8 - PLM - Langley	Joe Schaffer	Restart Violation - EOL in Results Driver was found to jump the start by taking off before the pace car was completely off the racing surface (all four tires off the track) on multiple restarts, including the lap 58, lap 73, lap 80, and lap 93 restarts. "Leader controls the start, and may choose to accelerate at any time after the pace car gets ALL FOUR of it’s tires off the racing surface." Please refer to section 4.5.2 of the rulebook regarding Start/Restart Etiquette.
Week 8 - PLM - Langley	Ty Majeski	Restart Violation - EOL in Results Driver was found to take off before the leader on the lap 103 restart, which resulted in the driver pushing the 22 car and causing them to spin before the green flag. "Drivers that are not on the front row, may not jump the starts in any way and must stay in line behind the car in front of them until crossing the start/finish line." Please refer to section 4.5.2 of the rulebook regarding Start/Restart Etiquette. Aggressive Driving - 30 Points + 3 Week Probation Driver was found to use his front bumper while making an attempt to pass the 71 car on lap 98. "Drivers are not to use their front bumpers excessively to execute a pass." Driver was also found to make aggressive contact with the 22 car coming to the green on the lap 103 restart, causing the 22 to wreck. Please refer to section 4.7.2 of the Rulebook regarding Passing Etiquette. The 3 week probation penalty will be in effect through the Week 11 PLM race. Any further issues during this time may result in a larger penalty.

Week 8 - SS - Thompson	Ty Spearman	Car Control - Warning After spinning to the infield, driver was found to reverse his car back onto the track in front of oncoming traffic, causing damage to other cars. "If a driver spins or crashes, it is their responsibility to return onto the track in the correct direction in a safe manner, without causing additional damage to other competitors." Please refer to section 4.7.1 of the rulebook regarding Car Control.

Week 7 - PLM - Lanier	Joshua Hart	Cause of Caution - EOL on Lead Lap Driver was found to be at fault for a caution on lap 92, diving to the apron three wide and then sliding up into the 84 and 63, causing them to spin.. Please refer to section 4.6.1.2 of the rulebook regarding the Gentleman’s Rule
Week 7 - PLM - Lanier	Bill Martin	Aggressive Driving - Warning Driver was found to get into the back of the 46 car multiple times to bump him out of the way, between laps 103-106, and also laps 113-114. Please refer to section 4.7.2 of the Rulebook regarding Passing Etiquette.

Week 3 - PLM - Richmond - Race 1	Tim Bills	Intentional Wrecking - EOL in Results + 50 Points + 2 Week Suspension + Probation for the rest of the season. Driver was found to intentionally turn down into the 102 car on lap 49 after the two cars made contact going down the backstretch racing for the lead, resulting in both cars wrecking. Driver was already previously placed on probation from a Week 1 incident. Please refer to section 4.6.3 of the rulebook regarding Intentional Wrecking. The 2 Week suspension penalty will be in effect through the Week 5 PLM race.

Please refer to section 4.6.3 of the rulebook regarding Retaliation. The 3 week probation penalty will be in effect through the Week 5 SLM race. Any further issues during this time may result in a larger penalty.

Week 1 - PLM - USA	Tommy Burns	Black Flag Violation - EOL on Lead Lap Driver was found to have been black flagged during the lap 81 caution for excessive speeding on pit road, but asked admins to clear the flag for passing under yellow while the back of the field was jumbled up coming to a restart. Week 1 - SS - USA	Kenny Smith	Intentional Wrecking - EOL in Results + 5 Week Probation Driver was found to intentionally wreck the 27 car on lap 19 after they had previously made contact in a separate incident on lap 12 of the race. Please refer to section 4.6.3 of the rulebook regarding Retaliation. Please also refer to section 1.6 of the rulebook regarding New Driver Probation - The 5 week probation penalty will be added onto the current 3-week probation period and will be in effect through the Big 3 Events just after Week 8 of the season.
