Cause of Caution/Aggressive Driving - Driver was found to be at fault for the lap 99 caution, by forcing the 21 up into the outside wall on corner exit, which created a stack up behind them for the caution. Driver was also found to make an aggressive move under the 67 car to make it three wide on lap 113 to cause an additional caution.

Tire Limit Violation - Driver was found to take two extra tires on lap 81, as well as lap 110, and returned to the track, in an event that was marked as a no tire race.

Retaliation - Driver was found to brake check the 67 car on lap 114, after the two cars had made previous contact twice before, including the caution that happened prior to the brake check.

Cause of Caution - Driver was found to be at fault for the lap 91 caution, making contact with the 7 car and pushing the 7 car deep into the corner which caused contact with other cars and brought out the caution.

Retaliation - Driver had made contact with the 71 car by getting into the back of the 71 on lap 106. After some additional contact between the two on lap 113, the driver proceeded to drive around the track, pull up next to the 71 and make contact and pushed the 71 up the track on lap 114. Driver was removed from the session immediately.

Aggressive Driving - Driver was found to make aggressive moves throughout the race. On lap 30 the driver used his front bumper on the 28 car multiple times to make the pass. On lap 106 the driver used his front bumper on the 15 car to move him up on a restart to make the pass. On lap 132 the driver made it three wide on the apron, and made an aggressive move to go around another car and ended up collecting multiple cars into the lap 132 incident that was happening in front of them. On lap 150 the driver dive-bombed the 97 car and made contact to make the pass. Driver was also found to make contact with other cars while coming to the green flag on multiple restarts.

Driver was found to switch lanes on the lap 108 restart, passing a car on the bottom lane prior to reaching the start finish line. Driver also switched lanes on the lap 144 restart, passing lead lap cars on the bottom three wide while the driver was a lap down. Driver was also found to be aggressive when making a pass on the 84 car on lap 126. Driver was also found to be at fault for the lap 102 caution by spinning the 86 car (this caution was claimed).

Driver was previously placed on probation from a penalty from Week 8 in the PLM race, and due to two additional penalties this week, the probation has been elevated into a suspension penalty for the remainder of the season.

Driver was found to make aggressive contact with the 91 on lap 98 after some previous contact happened in the corner before. Driver was also found to make door-to-door contact with the 9 car on the lap 109 restart coming to the green. "Drivers are also not to make retaliatory/intentional contact with others during caution flag periods."
