Race1.us Dirt Night presented by JB Trucking – Dirt Pro Late Models – Round 5 – March 18, 2019 – Eldora Speedway

This past Monday Night, the Dirt Pro Late Models made their first and only trip this season to Eldora for a 75 lap A-Main under the lights.

Race Summary – Ben Nile led the field to the green after the invert before Jarrid Boiros took over on lap 2. But behind them, Devon Morgan was making quick work of the field and made a well timed slider to get a nose out in front of Boiros for the lead as a caution flew on lap 18. For the remainder of the race, Morgan controlled things up front, but a slight mistake with 10 laps to go allowed Boiros to close the gap as he looked to the inside, but Morgan would hold on and pulled away during the final run to pick up his first win of the season.

Race Winner – Devon Morgan – Started 1th, 58 laps led, 6th career SARA win

Top Five – 2nd Jarrid Boiros, 3rd Davey Riendeau, 4th Dante Curtis, 5th Beau Brannon

Hard Charger – Devon Morgan (+10 Positions)

Heat Winners – Davey Riendeau, Kenneth Drake, Tyler Breeding

Points Battle – Matt Rolfe had another top ten finish and holds the points lead by 32 points heading into the midpoint of the season at Charlotte this Monday.
