In 2015, the Sim Auto Racing Association’s Fall Brawl Spectacular became “sim racing’s biggest short track event of the year” when five divisions of racing took over the virtual Five Flags Speedway for an entire week of racing. With a new sponsor on board, the H&N Sign Supply Fall Brawl will again rock the Pensacola, Floriday’s half-mile for the second consecutive year as drivers battle it out during the course of the week.
HidesPride.com Pro Cup 150
The 2016 H&H Sign Supply Fall Brawl Spectacular will kick off on Monday, November 14 as a special division for the event will run their feature event in the HidesPride.com Pro Cup 150. The race will use the K&N Pro / National Impala car in a 150-lap feature event with $250 in prize money available.
Pro Late Model Fall Brawl 200
(sponsorship available)
On Tuesday, November 15 the Fall Brawl continues as the Pro Late Model division takes over for their race night. Last year’s Pro Late Model feature in the Fall Brawl had one of the league’s most jaw-dropping finishes, and drivers will battle it out once again for 200 laps.
H&H Sign Supply Fall Brawl 250
After the Pro Cup and the Pro Late Models roll out, the Super Late Model division will take center stage at the Fall Brawl. On Wednesday, November 16, it’s all about making the show as drivers will look to lock themselves into the main event as they battle through Time Trials, a C-Main, B-Main, and Heat Races to set the grid.
Then on Thursday, November 17, it’s race day for the Super Late Models and all of SARA’s top drivers taking part in the event. While the Snowball Derby has become one of short track racing’s must-see events at the real Five Flags Speedway, it will be all about the H&H Sign Supply Fall Brawl as drivers will be pushed to the limits in a grueling battle for 250 laps. In addition to bragging rights, there is a $200 purse up for grabs, plus all entry fees from the Super Late Model division will be added directly to the purse increasing the prize money likely around the $500 mark, or more.

Qualifying Format Information
Qualifying Night for the Super Late Models take place on Wednesday, November 16. In order for drivers to race in the Super Late Model portion of the Fall Brawl, first they must qualify. This year’s qualifying format will be done in two stages. First drivers will have to lock themselves into the field via either Time Trials, or advancing their way through the C-Main and/or B-Main.
Making The Field – A maximum of 28 cars will make the feature race
Time Trials – Drivers will be sent out on track one at a time, and will be given two laps to lay down their best lap times. Only the top 20 cars will lock themselves into the feature event. However the lineup for those 20 cars will be determined in stage two of qualifying (Setting The Lineup – see below). Drivers that qualify 21st through last place will split up evenly and sent into the C-Main or B-Main.
C-Main (25 Laps) – Once Time Trials are complete, any remaining drivers that have not yet qualified will have to race their way in. The bottom half of the remaining cars will be sent into the C-Main and will race it out for 25 green flag laps, but only the top five cars will advance to the back of the B-Main.
B-Main (25 Laps) – The top half of the remaining cars from Time Trials, plus the top five transfers from the C-Main, will be sent into the B-Main and will also race it out for 25 green flag laps, where once again only the top five cars will advance into the feature event.
Provisionals – There will be up to three provisionals handed out to any remaining drivers that failed to qualify for the event. These provisionals will be solely up to admins discretion and there are no pre-determined requirements as to how these will be handed out.
Once drivers have locked themselves into the feature race, they will then have to race their way into starting positions for the main event. All cars that made the field, will be split up evenly into two heat races. The lineup for those heat races however will be set by a random draw.
Setting The Lineup
Random Draw – Once drivers have locked themselves into the main event, a random draw will shake up the field and could make or break a racer’s chances at a good starting spot for the feature. The random draw will set the lineup for two Heat Races, which will then determine the starting lineup for the race. As of now, the plan is to have the random draw broadcasted and will be completely out of admins hands to ensure it is completely random. More info coming soon.
Heat Races (25 Laps) – After the Random Draw, it will then be time to determine Thursday’s starting lineup. Drivers will battle it out for 25 green flag laps, and where drivers finish in their heats will determine where they start for the race. The Heat 1 winner will start pole, with the Heat 2 winner starting 2nd, and their respective heats will lineup behind them in the same row.

RULEBOOK
Standard SARA rules and procedures will apply to this event. Drivers can read our full rulebook HERE.
TIRE RULE
ONE SET of additional tires will be allowed for each race. This means that in addition to the set of tires you start the race on, you will only be allowed to take one set of tires during the course of the race. A set is defined as two left side tires and two right side tires, and drivers will not be allowed to jack up either side of the car more than once. If a driver accidentally takes extra tires during the race and notifies admins, they will receive a 1 minute penalty to be served under green flag conditions, otherwise the penalty will be a last place finish in the results.
No extra tires will be allowed in any qualifying sessions.

PRIZES / PURSE MONEY
Super Late Models
Purse Money – In addition to signing on as the presenting sponsor of the Fall Brawl Spectacular, H&H Sign Supply has provided $200 to the purse prize fund in the Super Late Model division. All entry fees for the Super Late Model division will also go directly back into the purse fund. With nearly 50 total drivers registered, the total purse prize fund has climbed up to $670. A full breakdown of the purse fund for the Super Late Model division can be found at the bottom of the page under the Entry List, labeled “SLM Purse Payouts”.
Button Box – If a bunch of money wasn’t enough, how about a free button box? The Button Box Shop has come on board to provide a free custom SARA themed box as a prize for the Fall Brawl. Rather than just giving this out to the race winner, multiple drivers could find themselves eligible to receive this prize.
A random driver will be chosen as long as they meet the following criteria: To be eligible, a driver must have attempted to race in at least four Super Late Model races during the 2016 Fall Season leading into the Fall Brawl, and must also finish at least 200 of the 250 laps in the feature event.
15 drivers are eligible to win the Button Box prize, granted that they qualify for the race and complete at least 200 out of 250 laps in the SLM feature. Those drivers are (in ABC order by first name): Ben Nile, Bill Martin, Clay Snider, Derek Robinson, Devon Rogers, Ian Layne, Jeremy Adams, Joe Schaffer Jr., Matt Rolfe, Matt Eddy, Russell Berry, Scott Dunlap, Tim Bills, Trevor Edwards, Ty Spearman
PRIZES / PURSE MONEY
K&N / National Pro Cup
Prize Money – HidesPride.com has put together a $250 prize package for the Pro Cup 150. However this money will not be given out as purse money, but instead will be split up evenly into “shares” to be awarded. Shares will be given out to the top three finishers in the race, but will also be given out to any SARA Top Gun – A top gun is any driver that finishes on the lead lap of the feature event, with three of fewer incident points.
See the example below for a breakdown of how shares will be awarded.
1st place – 3 shares 2nd place – 2 shares 3rd place – 1 share SARA Top Gun – 1 share to any driver that finishes on the lead lap of the feature event with three or fewer incident points
Let’s say there end up being a total of 10 shares awarded to the top three finishers and any SARA Top Gun, the $250 prize fund will be split evenly, meaning that each share is $25. In this example, the winner would get $75, 2nd place $50, 3rd $25, and each Top gun would get $25. A driver that finishes in the top three is also eligible to be a SARA Top Gun, meaning they would be awarded an additional share.
**This prize will be awarded as iRacing credits.**
