Slinger Nationals – SLM Race Summary
Trevor Edwards inherited the pole after the invert and led from the opening lap, fending off multiple challengers throughout the race. After earning the Pole Award and being inverted back to 12th, Alex McCollum charged through the field and mounted several late-race challenges for the lead. McCollum made one final attempt on the last lap, but despite slight contact, Edwards held on to win the drag race back to the checkered flag for the victory.
